Chalk Art
On walls and "floors" (sidewalks)

I kinda fell into creating chalk murals. I have been a long-time customer of Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea and have done a lot of scheming and planning there, it has been like my sevond office. During my time there, I have gotten to know the owners, Lisa & Wei and they got to know that I am an illustrator (and a fairyologist, which is a whole 'nuther aspect of our relationship). So, in 2017 they asked if I would like to do a chalk mural for them on the chalkboard wall in the side room. I did, so I did.

Roughing in an Ice Dragon

(An "ice Dragon" is one of Sweetwaers' signature drinks. The long stick that I am using is a Walkie Chalk®, which coincidentally was a product for which I was doing packaging design.)
